Ruth Wirtz is a senior associate in the Corporate practice group.  She works at the Brussels office

Ruth specializes in corporate work for private companies or non-profit associations.  She has particular experience in acting for small to medium sized enterprises, which are facing contractual disputes, non payment of debts and shareholder/partnership problems.

Ruth has further expertise of reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including supply and distribution agreements for a German-speaking clientele.

Ruth is also a specialist in private international law issues.  She joined De Wolf and Partners as a trainee in 2000 and became an associate in 2003.
