Marie-Julie Delaunois is a senior associate in the Commercial practice group.  She works at the Brussels office.

Marie-Julie has a great deal of experience and specializes in commercial law, disputes, construction law, real estate law and in agency and distribution contracts.

In relation to contract law and general commercial law, she regularly assists and counsels companies during the negotiation and drafting of various contracts (branch, distribution, etc.) and manages the disputes that come along with it.

In relation to construction law and real-estate law, she regularly assists and counsels the architects and the contractors within the construction projects or litigations (drafting of contracts, negotiations).  She gives advice on lease matters, acquisitions, financial projects and socio-economic projects.

She also regularly assists clients in matters of restructuring, friendly liquidation and negotiations in several industrial sectors such as the steel industry among others.
