Fabian Tchékémian is a senior associate in the Corporate practice group. He works at the Brussels office.
Fabian specializes in Corporate law, a branch of law he has been teaching at the UCL - Mons (Université Catholique Louvain - Mons) since 2010.
Fabian advises on contentious and non-contentious matters and has acquired a broad experience in legal proceedings, in particular in conflicts between shareholders and/or managers.
Fabian often travels to Africa, and especially to the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Fabian has a valuable background of negotiating contracts according to the DRC laws and negotiating indemnification with the DRC government.
Fabian obtained his law degree at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in 2000 and joined the Brussels Bar in the same year.
He joined De Wolf & Partners at the beginning of 2001.
