Dominique Bogaert is a senior associate in the Commercial practice group.  She works at the Brussels office.

Dominique handles litigation cases and provides legal advice in commercial intermediation contracts, international sale contracts, construction law, etc.  She also ensures legal assistance in the drafting of joint venture agreements in Belgium and abroad.

Besides, Dominique has developed expertise in the public procurement practice.

She also advises non profit-making associations, including international non profit-making associations.

Last but not least, Dominique is active at the De Wolf & Partners’ Italian Desk, a desk created at her instigation in order to respond to the growing needs of local and international clients.
