Stefan Deswert is a partner in the Commercial practice group and works at the Brussels office.

Stefan is specialized in distribution and real estate with a solid knowledge of contracts, commercial and competition law.  His legal assistance is mostly addressed to American companies and well-known European trademarks.

Stefan is also active in litigation, both locally and cross border, thanks to his experience within arbitrational proceedings such as IT, ICC, CEPINA or ad hoc arbitrations.

Stefan has been a member of De Wolf & Partners since its foundation and became a partner in 2000.  He obtained his law degree in 1993 at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), an economic and financial law degree in 1994 at the same university and has been a member of the Brussels bar since 1995.
