Patrick De Wolf is a Partner in the Corporate practice group. He works at the Brussels office.
Patrick is an expert in corporate law, deals with arbitration matters at the national and international levels, and acts both as arbitrator and attorney.
Patrick is a lecturer at the Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL) and Université Catholique de Louvain - Mons (UCL Mons) where he teaches corporate law and the principles of commercial law.
He is a member of the Brussels Bar Council, a member of the Centre Jean Renauld (
He is the author of numerous articles and is regularly invited to a wide range of seminars and conferences as a speaker.
Patrick obtained his law degree at the UCL (1985), a degree in administrative law at the VUB (1986) and a degree in tax law at the ESSF (1989). He joined the Brussels Bar in 1986. He is one of the founding partners of De Wolf & Partners, was the Managing Partner from 2000 to 2010 and is now a Senior Partner.
Patrick De Wolf of De Wolf & Partners in Belgium has significant experience of working with foreign investors into Rwanda and the wider region. He has encouraged the development of corporate law firms in the region and has excellent links with the top local lawyers.
