Marc Ryckman is a partner in the Commercial practice group.  He works at the Brussels office.

Marc obtained his law degree in 1979 (RU Gent) and was admitted to the Bar in Ghent that same year.  

He is a member of the Brussels Bar since 2002 and specializes in litigation, liability and commercial law.

Marc’s ability to conduct litigation and subsequent pleadings in both main Belgian national languages (Dutch and French) allows him to appear in Courts all over the country where his experience and professionalism is highly valued.  He advises and conducts litigation in attachment and summary proceedings, distribution agreements including agency and franchising and commercial contracts in general.  He also advises and conducts procedures on exequatur of foreign judgments and advises an important retailer fashion group on their commercial and lease contracts.
