Luc is a partner in the Commercial practice group.  He works at the Brussels office.

Luc Stalars is a founding member of De Wolf & Partners.  Luc was a member of the Brussels Bar Council and is currently a judge at the disciplinary committee within the competence of the Court of Appeal of Brussels.

Luc has developed an expertise in all fields of national and international commercial law, including litigation and arbitration procedures. He is specialized in construction and engineering contracts, joint ventures, industrial projects and lease agreements.  Luc provides assistance to first rate firms and Belgian and international groups in the administration of their business on a daily basis.

Luc has also a significant background in real-estate, social security and financial criminal law.
