Jean-Paul Van Neste is a partner in the Commercial and Corporate practice groups.  He works at the office in Kortrijk.

Jean-Paul obtained his law degree in 1978 and, after his training period in Brussels, he settled in Kortrijk in 1980.  He joined De Wolf & Partners in 2008.

His main area of expertise is national and international commercial law.

Thanks to his linguistic knowledge, he has assisted Belgian and international firms, mainly in Spain, Italy and Portugal, in the drafting of contracts as well as through legal proceedings over the past twenty years.

His specific areas of expertise are mergers and acquisitions, real estate, distribution and franchise law.
