Jannick Everaerdt is a partner in the Corporate practice group.  He is member of the Brussels bar and of the bar of Kortrijk.

Jannick concentrates on corporate law.  He has an important non-contentious practice in corporate transactions, restructuring and insolvency law.

Jannick has also a strong corporate and commercial litigation practice (management of contentious disputes in the field of company managers’ liability and shareholder exclusions, corporate and commercial cross-border disputes).  He frequently pleads in French and Dutch.

He is the author and co-author of three corporate law textbooks, written in French and Dutch, on the legal regime of private companies by shares and private limited liability companies on the one hand, and on the working order of a firm’s social bodies on the other hand.
