Gérald Stevens is a partner in the Corporate practice group. He works at the Brussels and Luxembourg offices.
Gérald is one of the founding partners of De Wolf & Partners. He specializes in corporate and banking law and is in charge of banking & finance matters at De Wolf & Partners.
Gérald advises on contentious and non-contentious matters and has a broad experience in commercial contracts of all kind. He has taken part in numerous acquisition transactions both in the fields of new technologies and traditional industries, in Belgium, Luxembourg and in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Gérald graduated at the Université Catholique de Louvain in 1993 and joined the Brussels Bar the following year. He is also registered with the Bar of Luxembourg since November 2006 and is principally established in the Grand Duchy since 2008.
Gérald teaches Company Law and Commercial Law at UCL - Mons (Université Catholique Louvain - Mons); he also used to give lectures on the settlement of international commercial disputes at EDHEC Business School in Lille (France) until 2003.
