Christophe Hoogstoel is a partner in the Corporate practice group.  He works at the Brussels office.

Christophe assists small or mid-market private companies, whether local or cross-border, as well as listed companies with general corporate law, securities compliance, corporate governance, entity structuring, joint ventures, venture capital financings or private equity investments.  Christophe focuses on national and international mergers and acquisitions, including investments and joint venture structuring or commercial, real estate and hotel sale and purchase transactions.

In addition, as a litigator, Christophe brings to clients his broad experience in the management of disputed situations.  Christophe supports clients in urgent judicial proceedings (for temporary injunctions) or decision on the substance as well as in arbitration.

Dealing with corporate and commercial matters, Christophe also takes part in competition files (mainly antitrust).

Christophe graduated at the Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL) in 1997.
