Vincent Kangulumba Mbambi is an associate in the Corporate practice group and at the African Desk. He works in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Vincent obtained a law degree cum laude at the University of Kinshasa in 1984 as well as a MA/MS/MSc magna cum laude in private and judicial law in 1990.
Vincent also holds a PhD in law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles magna cum laude in 1999 and a Masters in Insurance law and economics in 1995.
Since 1987 Vincent has been a lawyer at the Court of Appeal of Kinshasa/Gombe, in the Democratic Republic of Congo. He is also a lawyer registered to the Bar of Brussels since 2003.
Vincent is a member of the Permanent Commission for the Reform of Congolese Law and a teacher at the University of Kinshasa. He is also a teacher and member of the Académie africaine de Théorie du Droit - Institut des Hautes Etudes sur la Justice (Paris and Brussels).
