Laurent Haverbeke is an associate in the Corporate practice group. He works at the Brussels office.
He mainly deals with all aspects of corporate law and focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, shareholders dispute and shareholder agreements. He also practices financial law and general commercial law.
Laurent graduated at the Université Catholique de Louvain in 2005 (Cum Laude).
After having graduated at the Universiteit Gent as corporate lawyer, he was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2007. He also holds a specialization in Tax Law from the Solvay Business School (Magna Cum Laude) and has further enhanced his practice of Company Law at the Hogeschool-Universiteit Brussel.
He worked two years as a junior tax associate for the law firm Baker & McKenzie before joining the Corporate department of De Wolf & Partners in September 2009.
