Julien Kavaruganda is an associate at the African desk.  He works in Kigali.

Julien is a member of the Kigali Bar Association in Rwanda and the Brussels Bar Association. 

Julien focuses on corporate law, specializing in the international corporate governance and international contracts.  His practice covers more specifically mergers & acquisitions, banking law, investment funds & capital market and loan, arbitration issues, international sales, franchising and product law, real-estate law, construction law, energy, environment, natural resources and infrastructure law.

Julien is indeed involved in environment and ecology issues since he provides legal services to the African Park Foundation for instance.
