Jacky Sun is an associate at the Shanghai office.

He specializes in advising and conducting litigation in matters of commercial, liability and contract law.  Jacky has also successfully helped many foreign entities to incorporate their companies in mainland China and in Hong-Kong.  

Jacky graduated in Civil and Business Law from the University of Heilongjiang in 2005.  He also obtained an English Degree from Beijing Foreign Language Studies University in 2004.

Before joining De Wolf & Partners, he worked as a legal assistant in Chinese Court.
