Amélie de Francquen is an associate in the IP, IT & TMT practice group.  She works at the Brussels office.

She focuses her practice on intellectual property law and on legal aspects of information technologies and Internet.  She advises individuals and companies on intellectual property and e-commerce matters.  She regularly drafts and negotiates contracts and deals with litigations in the same matters. 

Amélie joined De Wolf & Partners after obtaining a law degree in 2006 and an advanced masters in intellectual property law in 2007. 

In addition to her practice at the Bar, Amélie is a part-time teaching assistant at the Law Faculty of the University of Namur in intellectual property and in property law (University of Namur).  She is also a researcher at the Research Centre on ICT and Law (Crids), in the unit of intellectual property rights.  She regularly publishes papers and speaks in conferences about copyright and trademarks issues.
