Clients sometime need a temporary legal assistance, for example because a member of the legal team is absent for some time.  Or they need a more regular ad hoc assistance in a specialised area.   We regularly provide secondment solutions to our clients and experience shows that such secondments, for short or longer terms, are always a win-win scenario.  We obviously provide such solutions while respecting all applicable ethical and deontological rules (absence of conflicts of interests, confidentiality, etc.).
