A daily part of our work, accross all our practices, consists in assisting our clients to negotiate contracts.  When the contract under negotiation is not governed by Belgian law, we revert where necessary to our colleagues from “best friends” law firms in other countries.  We are used to drafting contracts “from scratch” or to review proposed drafts and we accompany our clients in the negotiation rounds throughout the whole negotiation process if necessary, from the letter of intent (LOI), to the memorandum of understanding (MOU) up to the execution of the final agreement.
