On 27 May our partner Yves Tavernier chaired a conference lunch organized by AECA with Mr. Joaquin ALMUNIA, Vice-President and Commissioner for competition of the European Commission. Theme of the conference was “EU-US coordination and Antitrust Policy”.

The meeting was attended by a pannel of business representatives. Also in attendance were H.E. William Kennard, US ambassador to the EU, H.E. Jan Tombinski, Polish ambassador to the EU and Mr Luc Coene, Governor of the National Bank of Belgium.
