Romain Robert publishes an article an article on the last development around the SWIFT procedure with his colleague at CRIDS Claire Gayrel in E-finance & Payments Law & Policy. The article is entitled "Publication of the first joint review of the Agreement between the EU and the US on the processing and transfer of Financial Messaging data from the EU to the US for the purposes of the TFTP".

In accordance with its Article 13, the first review of the Agreement between the EU and the US on the processing and transfer of Financial Messaging data from the EU to the US for the purposes of the Terrorist Finance Tracking Program (TFTP) took place six month after the entry into force of the Agreement on the 1st August 2010.
