In 2008, while some of its members had been previously registered with the Luxembourg Bar, DE WOLF & PARTNERS has decided to join forces with Mr. Laurent and Jerry MOSAR, both ‘Avocats à la Cour’ in Luxembourg city, to form a partnership known under the banner “MOSAR - DE WOLF & PARTNERS”.
MOSAR - DE WOLF & PARTNERS is dedicated to serve a diversified domestic or international client base. Its lawyers are all multilingual (Luxembourgish, French, English, German, and Dutch), and hold considerable expertise in corporate, commercial, financial and employment law.
Early 2009, Pierre LALOYAUX joined the team on a part-time basis in order to reinforce its expertise as to banking and investment fund related issues.
Hence, MOSAR - DE WOLF & PARTNERS’ team comprises four senior lawyers specialized in commercial and company law and a senior advisor specifically dedicated with legal matters relating to investment funds.

Laurent MOSAR : laurent.mosar@mosar-dewolf.eu
Laurent MOSAR holds Degrees in Law and in Political Sciences delivered by Paris I Sorbonne University. He registered with the Luxembourg Bar in 1983 and specializes in company law and media law. He’s a regular contributor to several publications. Since 1994, Laurent MOSAR is Member of the Luxembourg Parliament and Vice-President of the “Chambre des Deputés”. He also chairs the Finance Commission since 2004.

Jerry MOSAR holds a Law Degree from Paris I Sorbonne University. He established as a lawyer in Luxembourg in 1993. In his daily practice Jerry mainly deals with civil, commercial and employment law matters. As an experienced litigator he is well acquainted with the practices of the Luxembourg Courts.

Gérald STEVENS is member of the Brussels Bar since 1994 and registered with the Luxembourg Bar (Liste IV) since 2006. He is mainly involved in M&A work, banking matters and is also regularly appointed as liquidator in company’s amicable wind-up procedures. He has been teaching company law, commercial law and bankruptcy law at the University of Mons (FUCAM) for several years.

Frank WEINAND is a lawyer for more than 25 years at the Brussels Bar. He registered with the Luxembourg Bar (Liste IV) in 2006. As a native German speaker, Frank is in charge of the German Desk at the Brussels and Luxembourg offices. His work revolves mainly around corporate transactions as well as drafting of a wide range of commercial agreements.

Pierre LALOYAUX is senior advisor at Mosar-De Wolf & Partners. He holds a Law Degree from the Université Catholique de Louvain and has more than 15 years of experience in the Luxembourg banking sector.
He has worked for various international banks and trust offices and specialises in investment fund as well as corporate structure related matters.
Pierre also worked for a few years in Chile, advising individuals and companies conducting activities in South America on estate planning structures.
