Created in 1987 to provide integrated legal solutions for international businesses, the Osborne Clarke Alliance is a joint venture of 6 European law firms to provide pan-European and domestic transactional, inward investment, tax, litigation and other business law services from 16 offices across Europe and an office in Palo Alto, California.
Located in Belgium (via De Wolf & Partners), France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain and the UK, the Osborne Clarke Alliance gives clients access to around 600 English-speaking, international lawyers. With a vast experience of providing integrated solutions, Alliance member firms work as a single entity, crossing borders and time zones, to provide clients with a real time, cohesive service and cross border legal solutions.
In October 2000, Osborne Clarke opened an office in Silicon Valley, becoming the first pan-European service provider to set up in the technology capital of California. From here, North American clients can gain access to the Osborne Clarke Alliance via our resident lawyers who provide a direct link to each country, ensuring clients receive the round-the-clock specialist European legal advice they need to do business in Europe.
