Our Firm

De Wolf & Partners is a full service business law firm specialized in most of the areas of economic law: commercial law, corporate law and securities, employment, tax, technology and intellectual property laws, banking and finance, European and competition law.

We have developed our activities at both national and international levels and are present in four different offices where about 70 specialists are dedicated to serve the clients' interests from our different locations and in many service areas.

Our main centre of activity is located in Brussels.

We are also present in Flanders, with an office in Kortrijk developing synergies with the head office in Brussels.

The firm is also active in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg where it operates a platform integrating Belgian and Luxembourg lawyers, under the name De Wolf & Partners Luxembourg.

The firm's branch office in Shanghai, is composed of a Belgian partner who has been living and working in China for almost 10 years, and a team of Chinese lawyers, allowing our firm to offer services to European companies wishing to invest in China and vice versa.

In addition, a close collaboration with top-notch African Law firms located in Kinshasa, Bujumbura and Kigali has enabled De Wolf & Partners to establish privileged professional ties in these countries.

Our lawyers are fluent in different languages such as French, Dutch, German, English, Spanish, Italian, Swedish and Chinese.

Our lawyers have accomplished educational or professional activities abroad and/or has acquired a valuable experience in other law firms or as in-house legal advisers within multinational companies.

A number of our lawyers are Belgian university lecturers or researchers and regularly contribute to national and international legal publications.
